Together we'll clarify your goals, motivation and expectations. We'll set a concrete plan that leads you to the change you desire.

Schedule & lifestyle analysis

We'll map your daily routine, diet and physical activity. Thanks to a detailed analysis we'll adapt the programme precisely to your needs.

Sports challenges & personal goals

We'll help you find and conquer sporting challenges like marathons, HYROX or fitness competitions. You set the goal – we'll prepare you for it.

InBody body composition measurement

With InBody we'll find out your body composition in detail – muscle, fat, metabolism. This lets us fine-tune the programme according to your progress.

Training & nutrition – individual plan

We'll create a tailor-made plan – adapting both training and nutrition to your goals. We train 2x per week, plus you'll get a training plan for outside our sessions.

Online support & nutrition coaching

Through the app you share meals and progress, and we give you feedback, tips and support. We'll teach you to eat smart – even when life doesn't go according to plan.

Grocery shopping & nutrition guidance
