WHAT IS MPT 90-DAY TRANSFORMATION

The MPT 90-Day Transformation Program is the most comprehensive and intensive program MPT Academy provides. It is designed to provide you with 90 days of intensive support focused on personal goals and life changes, including a personalized training plan and nutritional counseling.

WHAT MPT 90-DAY TRANSFORMATION INCLUDES

Initial consultation and analysis of objectives

Together we will clarify your goals, motivation and ideas. We will set a concrete plan that will lead you to the change you desire.

Schedule and lifestyle analysis

We map your daily routine, diet and exercise. Thanks to a detailed analysis, we will adapt the program to your exact needs.

Sports challenges and personal goals

We can help you find and master sporting challenges such as marathons, Spartan Races or fitness races. You set the goal - we will prepare you for it.

InBody body composition measurement

With InBody, we find out your body composition in detail - muscle, fat, metabolism. This allows us to fine-tune the program according to your progress.

Training and nutrition - individual plan

We will create a tailor-made plan - we will adapt your training and nutrition to your goals. We train 2x a week, plus you'll get a training plan outside of our meetings.

Online support and nutrition coaching

Through the app, you share your meals and progress, and we give you feedback, tips and support. We'll teach you to eat smart - even when life doesn't go according to plan.

Buying food and choosing the right diet

We'll show you how to shop smart - right in the store, we'll go over the labels and choose foods that will support your goals and your health.

Final evaluation and achievements

We'll measure results, compare progress and assess where you've moved. Together, we'll remind ourselves of the goals you've managed to meet.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM PERSONAL TRAINING

Prior to the start of training, we will meet with the client in person to determine their goals, sports history, health and motivation. Based on this information, we will set up an optimal training plan. The training session lasts 60 minutes and is fully customized to the client's needs.

WHAT PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS CAN BE CHOSEN

Reduction training

We will help you lose pounds, firm up your body and improve your fitness. The workout combines cardio and weight training according to your needs.

Volume training

We'll help you gain muscle and strengthen your body. We will tailor the workout to your proportions and goals, with an emphasis on growth and balance.

Conditioning training

We will increase your strength, endurance and mobility. Training for overall fitness and prevention of overload, built on a clever combination of exercises.

CrossFit training

Functional training for strength, endurance and speed. Strengthen your whole body and improve your performance - we adjust the workout to your level.

HYROX training

Preparing for HYROX races - running and functional exercises in one. Ideal for those who want strength, endurance and top fitness.

Nutrition counselling

HOW NUTRITION COUNSELLING WORKS

Our nutritional counselling is focused on an individual approach to the client. Together we will identify your goals, motivations and current eating habits. Based on an initial InBody measurement and physical activity analysis, we will develop a schedule for your daily routine and an individual nutrition plan. We will recommend the appropriate foods for you, taking into account your needs, allergies, intolerances and the right amounts to achieve optimal results.

Personal assistance with grocery shopping is part of the program - we will work with you to select the right foods to meet your goals and needs. We also offer ongoing nutrition coaching, where you share photos of your meals through the app, get feedback and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. We track your results with InBody check-ins and recap your successes together.

WHAT NUTRITION COUNSELLING INVOLVES

Initial consultation and analysis of your eating habits

We'll discuss what you're eating now, what's working for you - and suggest a way to eat better and grow right on schedule.

InBody measurements with body composition analysis

You will get a detailed overview of body composition - muscle, fat, metabolism. Thanks to this, we know where to start and where to go.

Individual nutrition plan tailored to your goals

We will design a diet that fits into your life and supports your goals - without unnecessary restrictions and with clear results.

Assistance with food selection and shopping advice

We'll show you how to choose food that both tastes good and moves you closer to your goal.

Monday-Friday unlimited nutrition coaching with the option to share meals via the app

We're on call every weekday - send food, get feedback and support exactly when you need it.

Ongoing evaluation of your progress and final assessment of your transformation

We continuously monitor your results and adjust the plan. At the end, we'll evaluate the entire transformation and where you've moved.

I later transferred this passion to the world of fitness, which I have been involved in for over 20 years. Healthy nutrition has become my profession and my mission. As an experienced trainer, I focus on creating customized nutrition plans to help clients achieve their goals - whether it's weight loss, muscle growth or better fitness. The collaboration doesn't end with the submission of a diet plan, it's just beginning. Ria Hrušovská - Mentální coaching ve sportu a byznysu

My passion for sport led me to it, which gradually became my profession and my mission. For more than 30 years I have been working in the world of fitness, personal training and sports management. Working with hundreds of athletes, managers and business people has taught me that without mental toughness, physical preparation is not enough. Everything breaks in the head - whether it's at CrossFit competitions or in corporate leadership decision-making. As CEO of MPT Academy and co-founder of Inside Fit, I've faced stress, led teams, set strategies and resolved conflict. It was there that I understood the importance of staying calm, making sound decisions, and motivating myself and others. Today I use this experience in my mental coaching. I help clients foster inner stability, manage pressure and develop mind-sets that will support them on the path to success - whether in sport, work or life. If you feel it's time for a change, I'm happy to guide you on that journey.
